Online Criminal Records Check

Football NS is now working with MyBackCheck to provide an online check service.  Through this service coaches/team staff can go online, complete the form and the criminal record check will be performed and held in a secure account.  There are no fees requested up front. Click on the following link to have a records check performed:  MyBackCheck


Child Abuse Register Link and Form
